QEI’s solution is based on our field-proven ePAQ-9100 Multifunction Gateway, part of QEI’s Sentinel-21 Family of Substation and Feeder Automation Products. The ePAQ-9100 Multifunction Gateway provides communication management for the smart substation environment restoring full productivity to the any number of substation Intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs) and the myriad of communication media available today.
