WorldView: Full-Graphic Operator Interface

WorldView’s multi-layered, pixel resolution displays run on PC Workstations using a standard Windows operating system and running anywhere on the utilities corporate network. Live telemetered equipment status and control selection targets re displayed over a backdrop map of the actual SCADA system territory and automatically appear on the screen at a convenient level on magnification, as the operator zooms into the World Map. The operator views this continuous World Map display through a movable View Window that can be panned in any direction to view different areas, and zoomed in and out to view larger and smaller portions of the complete World Map. Dynamic links that zoom to different Views in any portion of the World Map provide easy navigation from pull-down menus or push-buttons embedded in the World Map display.

 

  •Device status and condition displayed as color graphic symbols and text
  •Analog values and limits levels displayed numerically or as vertical or horizontal bar graphs
  •Field conditions displayed with flashing or coloring lines or areas of the display
  •Pointer selection targets to initiate individual controls or macro control sequences
