Con la recuperaci\u00f3n ante desastres y las soluciones de copia de seguridad a la cabeza de las preocupaciones de las compa\u00f1\u00edas el\u00e9ctricas, el Departamento Municipal de Electricidad de Leesburg investig\u00f3 varias opciones para reforzar y asegurar las operaciones SCADA de su sistema el\u00e9ctrico.<\/p>\n

Leesburg se puso en contacto con QEI para que les ayudara a investigar varios servidores externos y diversos esquemas de copia de seguridad para implantar una soluci\u00f3n segura a la vez que econ\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n

\u201cHemos revisado todos los escenarios y hemos decidido implantar un sistema cu\u00e1druple redundante. ... Gracias a usted y a su equipo por facilitarnos la informaci\u00f3n que necesit\u00e1bamos\u201d, afirma Chris, de la ciudad de Leesburg.<\/p>\n

Leesburg traslad\u00f3 sus dos servidores existentes a dos ubicaciones remotas diferentes. Se instalaron dos nuevos servidores en su centro de operaciones. Todos los servidores se configuraron para redundancia cu\u00e1druple.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, la soluci\u00f3n de copia de seguridad de QEI permite a Leesburg realizar copias de seguridad autom\u00e1ticas de sus servidores existentes en ubicaciones remotas de forma que no tengan que enviar personal a esas ubicaciones remotas para iniciar una copia de seguridad. Tony, de la ciudad de Leesburg, hizo hincapi\u00e9 en que, aunque podr\u00edan automatizar los servidores de su centro de operaciones, optaron por realizar las copias de seguridad manualmente para que su personal siguiera realizando esta importante tarea.<\/p>\n
