09:45 – 10:30 AM QConnect QSCADA New Features & Enhancements Overview and demonstration of recent enhancements to the QConnect SCADA module. New functionality, Security enhancements, graphics improvements, Active Directory integration, enhanced eAlarms functionality, expanded relational database integration, and more
10:30 – 10:45 AM Break – Snacks & Drinks Compliments of QEI
10:45 – 11:15 AM TDMS-Plus to QSCADA Upgrade Highlights of the benefits of converting from TDMS-Plus to QSCADA for existing QEI customers. The overall process from start to finish will be reviewed which include our guaranteed conversion and preservation of existing databases.
11:15 – 12:00 PM QWeb An overview of  QEI’s browser‑based HMI – QWeb. How it is a secure option for remote monitoring with HTTPS and multi-factor Authentication support.

01:00 – 02:00 PM Case Study – Easley Combined Utilities This case study examines several operational challenges faced by Easley Combined Utilities and how QEI partnered with Easley to develop and implement effective solutions. Successful implementation of QEI Hardware, Software and moving in the direction of implementing QConnect EAM.
02:00 – 03:00 PM ePAQ-9710 & MicroPAQ-940P
Substation Controller Advancements
Hardware enhancements and expanded capabilities of QEI’s next generation ePAQ – ePAQ-9710. This session will review the key differences between the ePAQ‑9710 and earlier ePAQ models, as well as associated software changes and configuration considerations. The session will also cover recent updates to the ConfigWiz configuration software and the MicroPAQ platform.

09:00 – 10:30 AM Qconnect ADMS Overview and Demonstration The session provides an in-depth look at QEI’s ADMS offering, featuring product demonstrations of each module and highlighting key functionality such as FLISR-enabled outage response, optimization metrics, and work order management. Attendees will also explore Upgrade path from QSCADA as well as  QConnect’s support for integration with third-party ADMS applications using MultiSpeak, RESTful APIs, and other supported interfaces.
10:30 – 10:45 AM Break  Compliments of QEI
10:45 – 12:00 QConnect Simulator An overview and demonstration of SCADA, OMS, and DMS simulation capabilities to gain hands‑on experience with the QConnect platform in a realistic, offline environment prior to interacting with the live system. It includes running load flow analyses, visualizing heat maps, and reviewing performance KPIs such as SAIDI and SAIFI.
