Inspired by direct customer feedback and shaped through close collaboration between utilities and QEI’s engineering team, the ePAQ-9710 represents the next evolution of QEI’s automation hardware portfolio. Designed to meet the growing demands of modern utility operations, the ePAQ-9710 supports up to 2 TB of storage to accommodate large Historian datasets and is the first automation controller in the QEI catalog to support the latest IEC protocol standards.

The platform features a powerful processor with a dedicated Neural Processing Unit (NPU) to enable future machine learning applications, along with HDMI video output for integrated HMI capabilities—delivering performance, flexibility, and innovation driven by real-world customer needs.
